Associate’s, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree seeking students share two constant college rituals.  One, they all have to listen to course lectures; two, they all have to take lecture notes.  Class notes are an essential part of learning.  That is why students who miss class (for whatever reason) are sure to collect notes from trusted colleagues.  When notes are written properly, they can be effective to use as a study aid or as research documentation.  This article contains a few tips that might help you become a better note-taker.
